How do I register Registration is completed online through the official registration platform. Confirmation is issued immediately after payment.
Can I change my distance Distance changes follow the operator rules for the year and may be limited close to race day.
Are entries refundable Refund, transfer, and deferral policies follow the published operator terms including cancellation and force majeure rules.
Is there a minimum age Minimum age depends on distance and operator rules. Details are published in the registration platform.

Race day logistics

What time should I arrive Runner village opens at 05:00. Early arrival is recommended to avoid congestion and ensure smooth bag drop and corral access.
Where is the start and finish Start and finish locations are published on the event and course pages and confirmed in pre race communications.
Is there bag drop Bag drop is provided for physical runners under operator managed rules and timing.
What happens if I start late Late starts may not be eligible for timing or results depending on operator cutoff rules.

Safety and medical

Is medical support available Yes. Medical command, ambulances, and mobile response teams are positioned on course.
How is heat managed Early start times, hydration stations about every 2.5 km, and heat response protocols are in place.
Can the race be stopped Yes. The operator has authority to hold, reroute, or stop the race if safety thresholds are reached.
Who makes safety decisions Decisions follow a defined escalation chain led by the operator and medical command.

Pricing and categories

What does my entry include Entry includes participation access. Shirt and comfort benefits depend on the selected tier.

Virtual participation

How do I submit my run Virtual runners upload or sync activity data using the methods specified on the virtual participation page.
When do I get my certificate Digital finisher certificates are issued within 24 hours after verification.
Can I run anywhere Yes. Virtual runners can participate from any location during the defined window.
Are prizes awarded Prize eligibility for virtual categories follows the published prize rules for the year.

Results and recognition

When are results published Provisional results are published on race day with final verification following.
How are winners verified Verification follows timing data for physical runners and activity verification for virtual participants.
What prizes are awarded Non cash prizes and travel reimbursements are awarded as defined in the prize structure.
Where can I see results Results are published publicly on the results page and linked from the website.
